Job Description:	Are you an enthusiastic, sales-oriented kitchen designer looking for a dynamic career opportunity? We are an established construction company with a significant kitchen and bath design and remodeling division servicing primarily the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated team-player to assist with kitchen and bathroom sales and design. Responsibilities will include in-store hours, assisting customers with kitchen/bath product selection and design concepts, and assisting in kitchen/bath design. Retail sales and kitchen design experience a must; home remodeling sales experience a plus. Requirements: - A high-energy, enthusiastic personality - Retail sales experience - Good customer relations, communication and sales skills - Ability to learn new product lines and materials - Available to work most weekends and some weekday evenings - Ability to develop client concepts into creative designs - Home remodeling sales experience a plus - Knowledge of Auto Cad and/or 20-20 is a plus Compensation commensurate with experience.
